The all-new Cadillac XT6 is a luxury midsize SUV, debuting in 2020. It features user-friendly features, above-average maximum cargo capacity and poised handling. It also comes with Cadillac’s CUE infotainment system with an 8-inch touch screen, an eight-speaker Bose audio system, satellite radio, six USB ports, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. All three rows of seating are comfortable and have plenty of head and legroom for adult passengers. It comes standard with a sunroof, leather upholstery, heated front seats, power-adjustable front seats, and a heated steering wheel. It offers 12.6 cubic feet of space behind the third row and up to 78.7 cubic feet with the second and third rows folded down. It's only engine is the 3.6-liter V6 with 310 hp and 271 pound-feet of torque, and it comes with a nine-speed automatic transmission. It is standard with front-wheel drive and available with all-wheel drive (standard in Sport models). Trims include Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport. Starting price ranges from $48,595 to $58,295 for the top-of-the-line, XT6 Sport. Fuel is estimated at 21/27 mpg city/highway for the turbo-four, FWD, 21/26 mpg for the turbo-four, AWD, 19/26 mpg for the V6, FWD, and 18/25 mpg for the V6, AWD.
For the 2021 model year, Cadillac introduces a new Luxury trim level to the lineup and it comes with a new available turbocharged 2.0 four-cylinder engine, with 237 horsepower. Wireless compatibility for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is also standard.
For the 2022 model year, the XT6 is standard with blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert while the Sport models get Brembo performance brakes with red calipers. Beyond that, it’s nearly the same as the XT6 2020 and 2021 model. Pricing is still at a starting price of $48,595 and ranges to a starting price of $58,295.
