    Art in service worked hard to make the best out of a bad situation. My truck with only 48k miles had a bad lifter and unfortunately I was out of the 5 year power train warranty. Art worked hard to get GM to cover a majority of the cost of the repair due to low miles on my truck. It was still an expensive repair but could of been much worse.

    Caleb was service advisor. I dropped off my vehicle the morning before service department opened and was called by Caleb around 7:30 to touch base with me and telling me exactly what was going to be performed. Was later contacted and told what the issue was and the cost to fix and lastly was called by Caleb to tell me vehicle was done. Doesn’t get any easier. Checkout personnel were friendly and I received a free calendar. Nicely done start to finish.

    Had my 1918 GMC Terrain diesel towed in to shop around noon after replacing battery and nothing worked. Reliable Service Writer Art V first called when it arrived requesting details of problems. Literally 2 hours (not days!!) he called back to tell me that my Terrain was ready, and that I had inadvertently hooked up my new battery positive cable wrong and only blew a fuse. Thinking I had likely cooked the computer at a cost of thousands, Art assured me that was not the case, and that their work would be included in the initial $210 diagnostic cost estimate...WHAT, who does that? I picked up the car at 5pm the same day and a day later it runs like a top. THANK YOU Freddy, Art, and the Reliable staff for literally the BEST auto-service experience of my (76 y o) life!

    I have leased consistently from this dealership for 25-30 years. When my lease was up "this time"; I didn't hesitate to drive 18 hours to handle my new lease with them. I had relocated to Southern California several months prior to my lease expiring. Gary (Internet Sales) and Walt (General Manger), have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make my leasing experience pleasant and stress-free. I know for a fact that they worked their tails off, behind the scenes, to make it feel that way to me. I am extremely well versed and knowledgeable with the "car business". Gary and Walt have always negotiated the very best deals for me over the years. Their days off never interfered with my schedule, because they were there no matter what. I have referred many people to Reliable over the years , and it's always the same results. Happy, happy, happy! I have had other vehicles in my garage: Mercedes, Toyota, Lexus, etc., but the dealership experiences never ever came close to Reliable's customer service experience.     I will definitely recommend Reliable for my friends and family for service. They do a great job and I trust their work. However, I will never recommend Reliable to purchase a vehicle. I have purchased 5 vehicles at Reliable in the last 12 years and I went to buy another new vehicle this year and had the worst experience. I ended up buying a Yukon Denali from a dealer in the bay area. I will never buy another vehicle from Reliable, I will only take vehicles there for service.

    Just got my Lyriq back after some minor warranty work - all software updates that cured several issues. After two terrible experiences (one in sales and another in service) with another Sacramento Cadillac dealership, I was very pleased with the whole service experience with Reliable. The service writer, Elvis, listened to my concerns and accurately passed them to the tech who did the work. Electric vehicle techs are in short supply right now and I expected the work to take three days so I needed a loaner. While I had to wait a few days to get an appointment with the tech when they also had a loaner available, everything went smoothly and I actually got my car back in two days instead of three. While I didn’t buy my car at Reliable and I live 40 miles away, I appreciate the way I was treated, will continue to drive that far for service and if I can I will buy my next car from Reliable.

    Ken was my Service guy. I was having problems with my Cadillac XT6.Seemed to be hesitating slightly at highway speed going up a grade. Another GM dealership couldn’t “replicate “ the problem. It continued so I thought I would try Cadillac in Roseville. Ken heard what I said and they test drove it up a grade at speed and diagnosed it even though there was no check engine light. Fixed the problem all under warranty. Very happy with the communication and the service. I’ll be back.

    My only issue is that I receive coupons in the mail specifically for my 2021 GMC sierra 3500 diesel truck. When I tried to use the service coupon, I was denied because it's not for diesel engines. Please quit sending coupons for my diesel truck when the tiny little print excludes diesel engines.

    My wife and I actually went in to look at a specific GMC Yukon Denali. Marty went out of his way to go find the vehicle on the storage lot and bring it around for us. Everything about Marty's service was professional and focused on meeting our needs. For contrast, we had just been to another dealer, and instead of bringing the car to us, that dealer drove us to the storage lot to see the car ... but, they went to the wrong lot. So, we drove to another lot, but they had the wrong car keys so we couldn't even drive the car we came to look at. That dealer was a very disappointing experience. Not so with Marty at Reliable. We ended up not buying the Yukon because we fell in love with a gorgeous Cadillac Escalade on the showroom floor. We ended up buying the Cadillac. Marty started with the best price possible. He actually gave us a lower price than my research had indicated we should shoot for, so getting best price on our new car was easy. They gave us a great value on our trade in (a Nissan Armada). There was some negotiation there, but we ended up pleased with the value they gave us. Signing with the finance department was very easy, and once again the focus was on our needs. At that point it was nearly 9pm, and our 22 month old toddler was fed up and ready to get out of there. So, the finance team made the process super easy, and we couldn't have been more pleased. My wife and I strongly recommend Reliable ... and we strongly recommend you go see Marty.

I called asked about being a non CA resident and how to arrange the purchase. I wired the funds. I made flight arrangements for the following day. The detail of the Yukon was sub par to say the least, but Josh Branham went above and beyond to ensure that Reliable made it right. Overall, I am glad that I came back as a returning customer.     This review is strictly for the service department, specifically Art. The salesmen are still vultures but I have only had positive experiences with their service department. Most people associate dealerships with higher cost but, in my experience, it was comparable to other shops and their knowledge and efficiency made it more than worth it. My Acadia spent 3 weeks in a shop with a problem they couldn’t diagnose and I was sent home with a car that was unsafe to drive. I’m so glad I decided to have the dealership look at it and that Art was my go to guy. He was super communicative, was always accessible and friendly, diagnosed the problem in 2 days, and got me back on the road faster than expected, given supply chain issues. Beyond pleased with my experience just because of him. Thank you Art!!

    Was looking to purchase new TL rated tires for my GMC 2500 HD Denali. Art at the service department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the exact tires I wanted, ordered them and had an appointment for me to have them installed within a day. Art price matched any other dealers tire price which put his estimate lower than anyone else's and that is with an included alignment. I dropped the truck off in the morning and the service was complete just after lunch. Great experience and great service. The new tires look great and the truck is riding better than ever!

    Service advisor, Art, was on top of the recall job from star to finish. He made sure everything went smoothly. That being said part of the recall was a headlamp issue. As noted in the service procedures the lamp housing was cleaned prior to install of a film on the lens. If by clean a quick wipe to make sure there were no bugs in the area of the film, then job well done. If that procedure was ment to be any more, well I'm not convinced it was handled. Regardless Art was great and the team got the job done quickly.

    Their service department has always been good and thorough. They fix what needs fixin’. Their sales department was underwhelming due to the fact that they didn’t have like any new cars to look at when we tried before. I’ve had to go to CarMax both times to find Cadillacs to browse through. Most dealerships have some new and some used cars to look at, but this location didn’t have very much if any. Staff is helpful and nice.
