Overview
The 2023 Cadillac XT6 has a spacious 3rd row for adults to sit comfortably and was crowned a very safe vehicle by the IIHS Top Safety Pick. So far, all we have heard is to expect some new exterior paint colors for 2023. The following is a breakdown of the specs we saw last year to give you an idea of what to expect. We will update as soon as we’re told of any more changes.
Trims
- Luxury: $48,595
- Premium Luxury: $54,795
- Sport: $60,095
Power
The 2023 Cadillac XT6 should be powered by the same engine as the 2022: a single turbocharged 2-liter 4-cylinder engine paired to a 9-speed automatic. This powertrain produces 235 horsepower and gets 21 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. With no word of changes from last year in this department, we don’t anticipate any more details apart from some additional packages.
Interior
Like we mentioned above, the 3rd row of the 2023 Cadillac XT6 can seat adults comfortably. And since it's a Cadillac, Luxuries like 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, power liftgate, tri-zone climate control and heated front seats should be standard. Higher trims will see genuine leather upholstery, wood trim and power-folding rear seats. However, any trim can be upgraded with additional packages and get features like semi-aniline leather seats, suede headliner and more. Cargo space with the rear seats folded is measured at 78.7 cubic feet, more than the XT5.
Tech
- 8-inch touchscreen
- Apple carplay/Android auto/Amazon Alexa
- Bose 8-speaker sound system
Safety
- Automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection
- Lane keep assist
- Rear parking sensors
- Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert
Conclusion
The 2023 Cadillac XT6 has much to offer with its fuel-efficient engine, standard features and spacious cabin. If you find you need a little more luxury, additional packages are available to upgrade your experience. We might get word to expect more changes so don’t go too far–we’ll keep you posted.
