Leasing a new Cadillac has its perks and advantages. You get to drive a new vehicle every few years, enjoy the latest style, design, and tech, and you don’t have to worry about the maintenance required on an older vehicle. Once you’ve decided to lease a new Cadillac, Reliable Cadillac makes the return process easy.
Once it’s time to start considering your options for a new vehicle, Cadillac’s lease return program will notify you when your lease is coming to an end, and will help you find your next Cadillac.
A lease return with Cadillac typically starts 120 days before the end of the leased vehicle contract. First, you will be contacted by the leasing company to set up an inspection appointment. They typically can come to your home or to your office for this inspection. Next, the inspection will consist of looking for any excessive wear and tear to the vehicle, including excessive wear on the tires, tears and stains on the upholstery that can’t be repaired, cracked glass greater than ½ inch in diameter in the windows and windshield, and any excessive dents and scratches to the exterior larger than 4 inches. Fewer than 4 dings per panel and less than 2 inches are acceptable. Depending on your pre-return inspection results, you may need to make some repairs to avoid lease-end fees.
It doesn’t matter where you originally leased your vehicle, you are welcome to take it to any Cadillac dealership to return. At Reliable Cadillac, we are lease return experts and can make the process quick and smooth.
Make sure all of the vehicle's equipment is present, including all keys and fobs, owner’s manual, and other items that were included with the vehicle. Don’t forget to remove any personal items.
Your security deposit will be returned to you, less any excess wear charges, excess mileage charges, fees, and taxes within 60 days of turning in your leased Cadillac.
